We have been experiencing intermittent problems with the payment page not loading. This is affecting some customers when they confirm their order and try to move to the credit card payment page.
If this happens please choose bank transfer as your payment method and the order will come through to our back end systems. If you wish to pay by credit card you can phone through your details on 0800 88 42 10.
We have our technical team looking into this problem at the moment, but because it is intermittent it has been difficult to track down so far.
