Canon have released a new range of printers called Maxify. This includes the MB2060, MB2360, IB4060, MB5060, MB5360 printer models. Unfortunately with this range of printers there is a design flaw that does not allow you to remove a cartridge unless it is empty.
If you experience a fault on a cartridge it cannot be changed, before it runs out, but you cannot empty the cartridge if there is a fault. This is a classic Catch 22 situation.
